ANTALYA OLD TOWN (KALEIÇI)

Antalya Old Town, also known as Kaleiçi, is protected by two thick walls that form a horseshoe shape. One of these walls runs along the coast, while the other is located on the inland side. In addition to these, there are walls that separate different settlements, and a tower can be found approximately every fifty steps along the outer walls. The narrow streets within the walls stretch from the harbor up along the walls, offering a charming walk through the historical core of Antalya. Significant historical landmarks in Kaleiçi include Yivli Minaret, Keyhüsrev Madrasah, Karatay Madrasah, İskele Mosque, and Tekeli Mahmut Pasha Mosque.

You can take the Antalya buses from the stops located on the main street in front of our hotel, and then transfer to city buses to reach Kaleiçi.
