The Ancient City of Side was founded in the 7th century BC and is one of the most important historical settlements. Located in the Pamphylia region, this ancient city initially came under the control of the Lydian Kingdom and remained under its rule for many years. Later, Side was passed to the Persian Kingdom and, with Alexander the Great's desire for the region, it became part of the Macedonian Kingdom.
You can take the Manavgat buses from the stops located on the main street in front of our hotel, and from the city center, transfer to Side minibuses to reach the site.
